I finally caved and bought some mason jars, which everyone seems to be using. After doing some research on Pinterest, I decided to try a round of overnight oats. I soaked a 1/2 cup of organic oats with chia seeds, flax meal, and almond milk, overnight in the jar.
As chia seeds are great for, the next morning the mixture was slightly gelatinous. I sliced up some fresh strawberries, threw them on top, and breakfast was ready.
Next time I would experiment with other seeds, nuts, and fruit. I’ll post again next time I make some.
