Eat Local Challenge: Week Two Recap

Here’s a recap of this week’s noteworthy local meals, miles, and Eat Local Challenge (ELC) and general New Orleans events!   ***This is NOT a food log of everything I’ve been eating, but just a highlight of some yummy local eats. For anyone just tuning in, I’m participating in the Eat Local Challenge where I consume locally grown and produced food throughout the month of June. I’m also participating in the Eat Local Footprint Challenge where I use alternative transportation for the month (aka. no car). I’ve been biking EVERYWHERE and found out I’m in one of the top spots leading the challenge! 🙂
